My target audience for psychotherapeutical guidance is mainly targeting adults (from 15 to 65 years old). My therapy is aiming towards a personal accompaniment that allows you to grow once again. Before this is possible, I will search and listen to themes that prevent you from doing so. These themes can relate to one or more of the following domains where I specialise in.

  • Anxiety
  • Depression complaints
  • Behavioural problems
  • Worrying
  • Relationship problems
  • Mourning
  • Sleep complaints

A therapy session lasts 60 minutes and takes places in my practice in Aartselaar. One session costs 60 euros. This amount can possibly be refunded, depending on which ‘mutualiteit’ you’re adjoined to. More information about this can be found here. I myself have an agreement with the ‘Christelijke Mutualiteit’ (Christian Mutuality).

To make an appointment you can contact me using the contact form on this website, via mail or cellphone. The therapy sessions take place on weekdays: on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If necessary, appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

During our first meeting we will together search for what you need help with. What are your expectations of psychotherapy? What would you like to achieve? What would you like to work on? What have you tried already? These questions will arise and together we will explore additional relevant information that can guide you further in your own personal growth.

Afterwards we will consider what we can achieve together. Depending on your expectations we will plan a next consultation the following week, or the week after. This exercise will be done after every following session, keeping in mind that it is my task as a psychotherapist to make myself unnecessary and to have you discover a sufficient amount of techniques that can help you do this.
